Strain into a ice-filled highball glass, and top with ginger beer, garnish with a lime wedge. *Carefully deseed 2 large pomegranates, taking care not to break the seeds. Wash and dry the seeds. Fill a glass jar with 0.5 L of a good vodka and add the pomegranate seeds. Leave in a cool dark place for up to a week. Strain away the seeds and keep the vodka in the fridge.
