Bloody Mary with a Twist

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
  • A few dashes of hot sauce
  • 1 tsp horseradish (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • A few dashes of Fee Brothers Celery Bitters
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 oz. Fee Brothers Olive Brine
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • Ice

Instructions

Fill your glass with ice cubes to chill it.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, horseradish, smoked paprika, Celery Bitters, black pepper, Olive Brine, and sugar (if using).

Shake vigorously until everything is well mixed.

Taste your Bloody Mary and adjust the seasoning, if needed. Add more hot sauce for heat, lemon juice for brightness, or sugar to balance the flavors.

Pour the Bloody Mary mixture over the ice in your chilled glass. You can garnish your Bloody Mary with a celery stalk, olives, a lemon wedge, or any other garnishes you like.
